Return & Refund Policy
- Eligibility: Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt in their original condition for a refund (excluding postage costs if the order included free shipping).
- Return Window: Goods must be dispatched within 14 days of delivery to qualify for return.
- Condition of Returns: Returned items must be unused, in the original packaging, and include all enclosed tags or documentation.
- Buyer Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and must ensure the package is fully insured. Please notify us before sending any return; returns sent without prior notice may be refused.
- Exclusions: Refunds are not available for customized/custom-made products or bulk orders.
- Color Disclaimer: Slight variations in color may occur due to photography, lighting, or screen resolutions.
